Watching the video walkthrough for the Facility level is probably the best way to learn how to make your way through.

Mission Objectives:
Gain entry to laboratory area
Contact double agent
Rendezvous with 006
Destroy all tanks in bottling room
Minimize scientist casualties

Here are some tips to keep in mind though:

1. Kill guards in the restroom before they come out of the stalls.

2. Look in every room for the lab worker.

3. Be sure you don't blow up the other 00. You need to let him walk away before blowing up the large cylinders.

Mission Objectives:
Neutralize all alarms
Install covert modem
Intercept data backup
Bungee jump from platform

A few gameplay tips:
1. Watch to make sure you know where the enemies will be. You do not want to be surprised. Shoot them before they even have a chance to see you.

2. Get the sniper rifle at the top of the first watch tower. It makes shooting the enemies from long distances much easier in certain sections.

3. Destroy all the alarms or it will alert the enemy and make the level a lot harder for you. The video walkthrough shows all the locations for the alarms.

Super Mario 64 - Stars 1-3 Whomp's Fortress Video Walkthrough

Star 1 - Make your way to the top of the fotress. You will have to defeat Whomp to get the star. When he falls to try and hurt you, move out of the way and butt pound on his back where the band-aid is. Hit him a few times and get the star.

Star 2 - Again, climb your way to the top of Whomp's Fortress. This time clim up to the very top of the tower and the star will be at the very top.

Star 3 - Run through the big puddle of water on the second level of the fortress. Talk to the bomb and get inside the cannon. Shoot Mario towards the flag pole, but a little bit below to compensate for Mario dropping during flight. The star is right next to the flag pole.
