- Loses the ability to jump when hit during his Final Cutter move

+ Has the ability to juggle his opponents
+ Yoshi's downward aerial move can cause up to 40% damage
+ Arguably the best recovery in the game
Weaknesses
- Yoshi does not have a third jump like most characters
- Yoshi's signature "B moves" aren't very useful
