The fifth start is a flying, shotting through cannons and collectin coins quest. Get the red feather hat underneith the bridge and use the cannons to fly and grab the coins inside the circles of coins in the sky.
The sixth and last star in Bob-omb Battlefield level requires you to cut the chain chomper free. The giant black ball you keeps on trying to eat you. Butt pound on his wooden spike and you will let him free. Then grab the star behind that was behind the metal grate.
